  1. Whether companies know it or not, website content largely defines the success of your business. Think of it this way: your website is often the first chance you have to market your company’s products and services to your customers. So why wouldn’t you make it a priority to have the best website content out there?

  2. Are you losing sleep at night thinking about the arrival of GDPR? If so, you’re not alone. There are still many organisations (small and large) that aren’t entirely sure how to prepare themselves for the upcoming changes in data collection regulation, especially as it pertains to digital feedback. But don’t worry, it’s not too late to start!

This article guides you through the basics of GDPR (e.g. what it is and who will be affected), the most critical changes to be aware of in terms of digital feedback collection, why it’s important to comply with these regulations, the consequences if you choose not to and what we’re doing here at Mopinion to get ourselves and our clients ready for the new legislation.

  3. Over the years, Zero-In has had a half-dozen versions of its website, and relaunching the site never seems to get any easier despite our attempts to learn lessons from each previous launch. In 2015 we set out to redesign our site once again with excitement, optimism, and confidence that prior web design blunders were a thing of the past. We conservatively planned to have the site up and running in less than six months. Spoiler alert... This project ended up taking nearly 18 months and cost 50% more than expected.

  4. User personas are a challenging yet most important thing to understand when it comes to web designing. UX or user experience has been a debatable topic for quite long. While every app development company or UX designer has their own way or perception of user experience, there are some tested and fail-proof tips and ideas that will help you understand the user experience in a better way.

  5. When you embark on your entrepreneurial journey, it’s sometimes hard to tell if you are on the right track, especially if you are launching an original product or service and you have no reference to compare your work to.

Should you keep investing money even if customers’ response is slow? Should you try something new? These could all seem like hard decisions to take. Think of it as if you are in a dark place, and there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

  6. If you are running an online business then you must have a website that will market and sell your products and/or services. However, in this era of cut-throat competition and constant changes in technology, people are using their mobile phone and smartphones more than their desktops and laptops. They are not using the phone only to make calls but are using it to surf on internet and to do many other important tasks, so it is important that companies create responsive websites. Traffic comes from a variety of devices, so you need a responsive site that will look good and function well on desktop computers, laptop, tablet, and smartphones.

  7. In today’s global marketplace, it’s not enough to just have a digital presence. To capitalize on opportunity and captivate real, live, human readers, an optimized, functional, interactive website is a must. Unfortunately, the Internet is swarming with poor website designs that miss both the technical and content mark. Worse yet, clients and developers alike continuously contribute to the current outbreak of design delinquency in equal measure.

  8. The online customer journey in retail is going through a major transformation. Consumers are not only (increasingly) picking up their mobile phones to shop online, but they’re also looking for a more interactive experience with the brand, accompanied by a smooth purchasing process. This is a shift that many suspect will demand more from online retailers, especially in the realm of customer experience. One way of achieving the much sought after sound customer experience is online feedback.

  9. The digital age has brought with it a horde of data. And coming from various sources and in large quantities, the availability of this data has created many new and insightful opportunities for digital marketers. Modern digital marketers are using data in a myriad of ways, such as gauging success (with Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs), driving improvement (e.g. campaign effectiveness or website usability) and boosting lead generation. However, this heavy reliance on intelligent marketing data necessitates an analysis solution, which comes in the form of dashboarding software.

  10. Everyone knows diamonds are a girl’s best friend, but what many don’t know is that artificial intelligence will soon become every brand’s best friend – especially in today’s digitized world of ecommerce, where personalization and website optimization can make or break online retail revenue. It’s no secret that the future of retail lies in ecommerce. Forrester has predicted that online sales will reach $523 billion by 2020 in the U.S. And, according to a joint survey conducted by Square and Big Commerce, 67% of millennials and 56% of Gen X-ers prefer to search and purchase on ecommerce sites rather than in-store. With these statistics on hand, and the glaring reality of expensive brick-and-mortar stores shutting down by the dozens, brands are beginning to leverage AI-backed solutions to help them win in the ecommerce game.
